The small print
Privacy, in one page
Aviewebnue runs this site under the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) — the PDPA — and the notices of the Personal Data Protection Committee. This page says what happens to a visitor's data, in the same plain register as the rest of the stall.
- What we collect
- Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no newsletter, no enquiry form and no phone field on this site. Opening a page leaves the usual request in the web server's log — the address, the page, the browser string, the time — kept for security and fault-finding.
- Your basket
- The list of bags you add is stored in your own browser under the key aviewebnue_basket, on your device. It is not sent to us, and no server of ours holds a copy. Clearing site data removes it.
- What we never ask for
- No card number, no expiry, no security code, no bank detail, no passport number and no copy of an ID card. Payment happens on Amazon.sg, under Amazon's own privacy notice, and never on this site.
- Cookies and measurement
- No advertising pixels, no social trackers, no cross-site profiles. The only client-side storage is the basket key above and any cookie the web server needs to serve a page. Cookies and storage lists them.
- When you write to us
- If you send an email or call, we hold the address, the number and what you wrote for as long as it takes to answer, then for the record-keeping period the law asks of a Thai company. We do not add you to a list and we do not pass the message to a third party.
- Amazon links
- Following a link to Amazon.sg takes you to a site we do not control. Amazon sees the associate tag in the address, and from that point its own privacy notice applies. Read it before you create an account there.
- Your rights
- Under the PDPA you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction, ask us to stop using it, or ask for deletion where the law allows. Write to [email protected] and the request is answered within thirty days.
- Complaints
- If an answer does not settle the matter, a complaint can go to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee. We would rather hear from you first: 02-075-1900.
- Who is responsible
- Aviewebnue, 729/69-72 Ratchadaphisek Road, Bang Phongphang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. Data enquiries: [email protected].
- Changes
- A revision replaces the text on this page and carries the date it was made. Current text: November 2026.
