The small print
Cookies and browser storage
Two things can be kept in your browser when you walk the stalls, and neither of them follows you off the site.
What is stored
as of November 2026| Name | Kind | What it does | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| aviewebnue_basket | localStorage | Holds the list of bag codes you added, so the basket survives a page change. It never leaves the device. | until you clear it |
| session cookie | cookie | Set by the web server, if at all, to keep a request consistent while a page is served. | until the browser closes |
- What is not here
- No advertising or remarketing cookies, no social plug-ins, no analytics product, no fingerprinting script, no session recording. Nothing on this site builds a profile of you.
- Following a link to Amazon
- Amazon.sg sets its own cookies once you land there, including the one that records the associate tag. Those belong to Amazon and are described in Amazon's cookie notice, not this one.
- Clearing it
- Every browser has a "clear site data" control; using it on this domain removes the basket. Private windows keep the list only for the session. Nothing else is affected.
- Refusing storage
- A browser set to block all site storage will still read every page; only the basket stops remembering items between pages. The sizer works either way, because it runs in the tab.
- Why so little
- Because the site does not need more. What it does with the little it has is described in privacy, under the PDPA, and in the terms.
- Asking about it
- Write to [email protected] or call 02-075-1900.
